Refund returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

We will accept returns for store credit only.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Wink Active gift card. 

Returns are processed within 3-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Upon receipt of your return, our returns processing team inspects all garments for stains, holes, defects, and wear. 

Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not included, your return may experience issues in processing.

We do not provide cash refunds.

Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as Wink Active is not responsible for any mistakes.

Wink Active issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled by Wink Active
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Wink Active will take 5-7 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus shipping and handling charges.

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

  • An address is invalid or there is missing information,
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
  • The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
